UPON ARRIVAL

• You can arrive at any time to start enjoying our Domaine. Check-in hours in every room starts at 3 pm. Since we are using extra cleaning procedures since June 2020, our governance staff needs a little more time to make each room incredibly clean.
   

• Concerning Check-out hours, we ask guests to please make the room free until 11 am. If you want to check the possibility of staying a bit longer, please check with our reception desk first.
   

• We are ONLINE! We are on SOCIAL MEDIA. Follow us and stay tuned with our novelties.
   

• Relax, enjoy your time in Provence. We want to bring you peaceful moments, as well to other guests. So, please, respect the room capacity, and careful not to disturb any guests.
   

• We are friendly to friendly pets. We welcome guests with cats and dogs, but there's a fee for their stay. Also bare in mind that your pet must not swim in our pools, or disturb other guests. Please check our fees and pet house rules at our reception. 
   

• Our rooms are recently decorated for your comfort. So, please, if you accidentally break or damage something, don't be afraid to tell us. We'll find the best solution together.
   

• The parking in our Domaine is free and safe, protected by cameras, as well as other common areas. If you are arriving late, don't be alarmed to see our gate closed. Use the remote control in your key-holder, or the password to get in.
   

• In case of any doubt, or emergency, please find a staff member, or call directly our Maître de Maison. The contact will be given upon request.
   

• To enjoy all our facilities, make sure to follow a few requests. The pool is heated, and we always advise people to stay hydrated during hot sunny days.  The tennis court is free for guests, as our Pétanque terrain. Please book your play date with our staff.
   

• There are many experience activities we can provide. From a relaxing massage to a hot air balloon ride. Request our Experience Joy Menu at our reception desk.
   

• Most importantly: Welcome. Enjoy your time with us, with loved ones. Here, in the heart of Provence, every day has the potential do be amazing.

• Party & People: We love a good party. For such occasions, we offer special rates for celebrations that require privatization of the hotel. Guests who violate the rules of room capacity (2 or 3 paying people) will receive a fine of 1000€ (a thousand euros) for invasion of private property. Noises in your room after 22 pm with continuous sound that disturb other guests will generate a fine of 300€ (three hundred euros). In the case of severe damage that prevents the room from being occupied for new guests, you will charged for every night that the room is not occupied. Your Check-in is qualified as acceptance of our hotel rules.
